I love the Serenity Prayer and I love how God loves us even if we are cracked and broken. I choose to combine hard and soft, and aged and sparkling with this card. I like how it turned out. I think it really represents what the prayer is saying. As I was making this, I thought of a friend who has just taken off work to care for her dying mother. There is a green plant under the sentiment, but it is hard to see with the sponging and the glass-like reflection. I sponged the main panel lightly with
green and around the edges with brown. It has several coats of UTEE and was then cracked and smeared with cocoa ink. Thanks for looking!
