I made this card for Beate's Weekend Sketch Challenge; I really liked the layout and I was dying to use this new Indian Summer paper by Basic Grey; I was good for a change and only bought 2 pieces instead of a whole pack!
Awww, who am I kidding, they only had it by single sheets at my LSS; if they had the 6x6 pad, it would be mine, lol! For my fall theme, I pulled out Whimsical Autumn, the set Carolyn King designed last year for Gina K stamps. I used the 'thumping' technique with in-color markers on the little buds then added star dust stickles; I used some glossy accents on the vase for added interest; Thanks for looking!

I love those indian summer muted raspberry and green tones. What a beautiful arrangement you've made of those papers with this sketch. Your main image is delicate and pretty and I love the glossy accents effect. Thanks for all the sweet comments you've dropped off...
