Oh yeah, I think I know what the title refers to. I was an adult before I knew it wasn't just nonsense words, but actually is: mares eat oats and does (doe a deer, a female deer) eat oats, but little lambs eat ivy. A kid'll eat ivy too, wouldn't you? So I'm not the brightest star . . .

Card is really cute. Imastampin, glad you knew the words. I knew that it was mares eat oats and I remember the part about little lambs eat ivy, but I couldn't remember the rest.

and lil lambs eat ivy.. mares eat oats I can hear my mom a singin it now.. that and the song she danced with the dolly with the hole in stocking and her knees kept a knockin and the three lil fishes in the itty bitty pool great card
