Yes, it's another 6th birthday card for my DD to give her schoolfriend who is having a party this weekend!! I love this little bear by Darcies - she has the sweetest little expression on her face.
I also made this for the 'My Time to Craft Challenge' blog and this week's challenge is 'Scallops" - see this link: http://mytimetocraftchallenge.blogsp...-scallops.html and you can have as many Scallops or as few as you like.
The teddy was stamped onto Elzybells smooth white cs with Memento ink and coloured with a mix of Gamsol, Prismacolor pencils and acrylic paints. I added Kindyglitz Crystalina to the teddy's wings, hat and the heart she is holding as well as the heart-shaped cheek bit. The image was crying out to be paper-tole'd so I stamped the image again and cut out the heart and the paws and layered them with 1mm and 2mm mounts respectively. I glued on some pink heart gems to the feelers.
The sentiment was stamped with Opera Pink ink and embossed with clear ep. I added more Kindyglitz to the stars etc around the sentiment. The sentiment was also popped up on 1mm mounts. The bow was made in 2 separate elements, and the bow itself was made with my Bow Easy. I added a little Fray Stopper to the ends of the ribbon so they would stop fraying while I fiddle-faddled around with the ribbon (I can never seem to leave my ribbons alone!!).
Thanks for having a peek at my card!

Your DD school freind is very fortunate. This is such an adorable card. I love the pink and white with the bit of brown for the cute bear. Your coloring is incredible.
