I'm late as usual - but just had to come along - afterall - Santa needs our help!!!
The only flying thing I could find at this time of night was this funny little crow - but he swears he is 10 times stronger than he looks and that he could easily pull a sleigh full of toys - AND he brought along this lovely silver lacy edged placemat that doubles as a flying carpet - see the great headlights all along the edge!?!?
so - here we come guys! save some of Mrs Claus's goodies for us!!!!
This also fits this weeks Doubledog dare challenge from Fran: at least 4 layers and a ribbon or cord!

If your crow friend is anywhere close to the size of the ones that hang around our yard, he oughta be able to help out pullling the sleigh, even without his flying carpet. (Really, SCS is the only place in the world where I could type a sentence like that and people wouldn't make an appointment for me to see some kind of 'specialist' for a psych test.) Fun card - love that fancy-schmancy punch set!

You're not late! There is no late at a teaparty!
Whew! I was beginning to worry that no big strong birdies were showing up! By the looks of his facial expression, he is a little shocked at size of the pile of presents he has to get moving! Good thing his carpet is magical....
What an awesome card..love the carefully placed little glass ball thingys! Beautiful Julia..so glad you showed up. I hid some goodies in a snow bank for us, come on, follow me! Giggle!

Flying carpets are so great - at least they are in the movies. I love the mix of this bird and the Xmas theme - fun, fun, fun!

I love, love that little crow. I am so glad that he's super-strong and came along to the party. And to bring a magic carpet, equipped with lights for night flying, now that was a *bright* idea.
