The ribon pull is actually BEHIND the hat. The cardstock is cut 7 by 6.25. scored at 2 3/4 and 5 1/2. everything else is just circle punches. You can cut the hat any size you like. I only punched one hole for the ribbon on the ONE side (the back) of the candy bar holder...not the hat..then thread the ribbon thru. (you cant see this at all in the pic) The snowflake punch is martha stewarts and The holly is from my cricut cartridge joys of the season but you could decorate the hat any way you want.
