Well, This is the other card I wanted to try. This is the same design as the first card I did today for the Limited Supply challenge (which you can see here
For this one I just used shades of purple for everything. My husband's comment was there are no purple leaves out there (nodding through the window to the view that inspired my first card). I told him it was artistic interpretation, like using a filter on a camera. I guess that explanation worked for my techy DH. I can't decide which card I like better. What do you think?

Just beautiful!! And I know there are purple autumn leaves out there somewhere Great use of this week's sketch. This works out so well as a sympathy card. Lovely work!!

I love this card the best, it's absolutely beautiful and something I never would have thought of unless I saw it first. Now that I have seen it I'm going to try it. Thanks for sharing.

Beautiful trees, what a lovely place to live, where purple tree grows. LOL It's stunning though Kathy! I love how your added just enough of colour in the background. TFS
