I used the swirl embossing folder on blue paper, cut out the waves, and sanded them. The seagulls were doodled with a white gel pen and black fine tip marker on another layer of blue, which was glued behind the waves. Circle nestabilities were used for the frame and I doodled/painted the wood stain with watercolour pencils. The brads were attached and the porthole was popped up on foam tape. The sentiment was stamped one letter at a time.

I love the look of your sentiment, punched one letter at a time. So very old-fashioned typewriter-y ;) Your gold brads complete the look of your porthole perfectly!!
