Here's the final project that the gals will make at my November workshop. I fell in love with Dawn's adorable card found here and knew that I had to make one too. http://dostamping.typepad.com/dostam...ampastack.html
I ran a folded piece of Soft Suede cs through my Big Shot with the Scallop Square Bigz Clear Die and made sure that the fold did not get scalloped. I then layered on Real Red and a strip of Christmas Cocoa Specialty paper. Prior to adding the Whisper White layer, I stamped the sentiment with my Stamp-A-Ma-Jig and Soft Suede ink and then spritzed it with Frost White Shimmer Paint. Oh, it's SO sparkly! I hid the seam with some Mistletoe ribbon.
I then stamped the branch with Soft Suede ink on Whisper White cs and also spritzed it. I then added the die bird with a Dimensional and the knot of Mistletoe ribbon with a Mini Glue Dot.

Your card is most wonderful. Love all the details you put into making this card: the scalloped square edge, the red backing, the dsp, the ribbon, the shimmer, the little raised birdie and the colors.
Thanks for sharing.
