This was created for the VSN NOV09VSNMINI1 in which the challenge was to use a holiday stamp and masquerade it as another holiday - and I did it with a bit of a twist.
I have this stamp set which might be called Christmas Peace from 1995 that has the bell stamp on it. I turned it upside down to create the goblet for the champagne glasses celebrating a wedding or an anniversary. I free-handed the stems to complete the allusion. I used the reverse masking for the Pink Pirouette/French Script inset and masked the glasses to keep them white.

How clever!!! I would have never seen champagne flutes in that bell, but they look PERFECT! Love the masking for the background too-the whole card is sublime!!

Great details, and thanks for your good description, too. With my late night/early morning eyes and the light pink color, I would have missed the nifty sponged bg behind the glasses.
Beautiful card and a very clever use of the bell stamp. I'm thinking it would also be very good for a New Year's Eve party invite.
