This challenge asked us to use an acetate layer with white stamping. I was inspired by a card I received from my friend, Leika, a long time ago. The Celery layer has the Branch Out tree stamped in Celery along with the snowflakes. The Acetate layer has the same tree stamped in White StazOn. The square sentiment layer hides the adhesive. The same snowflakes are stamped tone on tone on the pink base card with stickles applied lightly for a little glimmer.
This is definitely different for me and this challenge pushed me outside my normal. But isn't it fun to discover what else you can create? How do you like these nontraditional colors for a unique Christmas card?
Thanks for your comments.

I love the way you put the trees behind the acetate then put them on the acetate in white-cool! I also like how you added your other image on more cardstock over the acetate! I like the little snowflakes and "sparkle" you added at the bottom too! Great job with this challenge.

How wonderful. I love how you did the "forest". The white trees are outstanding. Great job with the challenge. You have a delightful card here. Thanks for playing with us.

Very cool. I like the layout and the way you arranged the colors, your choices in terms of what to stamp on the cardstock and then the images overlaid on the acetate. Very nice job!

Such a serene Christmas card! I love the pink & green together and the "winter wonderland" effect with the white ink really makes it perfect for the holiday! Great job!
