I have to admit that I've seen Phantom of the Opera only twice (once the movie & once on stage in Denver), and the ONLY thing I really remember is the chandelier falling! So I watched the clip and was inspired by:
1) the black/white "masks"
2) the fan dance at the end
3) the pale pink dress of the heroine.
The washi paper I used has a bit of pink in it (so don't think I'm color blind!)

Oooo how very lovely and inspiring this is. The lacey look of the dp is perfect with the fan in your image. How wonderful. This is exceptional. Great job on the challenge!

Wow, wonderful interpretation of the challenge. That back/white mask jumped out at me too when I watched the video. Your elements really came together beautifully in your card.
