This was better in my mind than in paper. I didn't sponge the patches enough before sticking them to the card base, and then it was very hard to add more without adding too much. Still, here it is..based on the Woodland Stamp set.
Size started out as 6" square, but I trimmed half an inch off the top.
Base is pale brown Bazzill, then some bamboo card from the DCWV Travel Pack. I stamped the little woodland images from Stampendous Birch Buddies, and layered them onto the same Bazzill as the base, leaving a fraction of a gap between them. Added stitch lines with a fine brown marker in between and round each square. Disastrous sponging as mentioned above - less said the better. Sentiment is from Hero Arts, stamped onto the same Bazzill as the patchwork squares, cut with Spellbinders ribbon tag, sponged and stitched and tied on with ribbon.
