I layered the rose twice. . .first on regular cardstock then layered it with vellum. I then cut part of the rose and layered it over the vellum using foam tape. I also added the Filigree brad on top of the ribbon. I think I met the challenge. . .

What a divine card! I love what you've done with all those layers and textures and those colours are wonderful. The satin ribbon and brad finish it off so well.
