When I saw this inspiration piece: http://www.shopkirdevries.com/ibride-deer-tray.html
I immediately thought of doing a Zindorf-style scene so I set to work! I was really please with the finished scene... only to find it immensely difficult to turn into a card!! I faffed about for ages trying different things in the background, ruined two pieces of card trying to use my sewing machine (am still a novice) and eventually gave up! I'm still not sure about the finished card but it's late here in the UK and my pillow is calling me...!
(The main image was created by stamping the flowers first, then embossing with clear EP. The deer was stamped next - I had to reverse it using my Stamp-a-ma-jig to get it facing in the right direction - then embossed that too. The trees and foliage were stamped last, then I added lots of sponging).
TFL!
