Last weekend I hosted a "Stampin' Slumber Party" for my niece's 12th birthday. She and five of her BFFs came over and we ate pizza, stamped, spilled lots of drinks, got ink all over everything, and made 3 fun stampin' projects. I had pre-cut and and even done some adhering in advance to make things easier for the girls, none of whom had ever stamped (or in some case crafted at all).
Each girl made a set of 6 initial note cards and a holder for them; a top note Halloween themed gift bag filled with candy; and a Lori Tecler love notes tin (Love Note Tin Inside by ltecler at Splitcoaststampers. Some how I forgot to take a picture of the love notes tin, which is a shame because the girls LOVED that project. I told them it would be a perfect way to help get them out of the doghouse with their parents the next time their sassiness got them in trouble (I included a picture of the girls in the morning when we had to finish the last project -- messy hair and all)
I made a very quick goodie bag full of fun pencils, pens, gum and heart shaped post-it notes packaged in a top note topped cello bag.
