For this week's Crafty Secret Challenge, to use a handmade embellishment.
The image was water colored with Tombow Markers and matted on Spellbinders Classic and Scalloped Circles. I had already sewn the lace to the card, and decided to use the same lace for my embellishment. I basted along the length of the lace, pulled the thread tight and then tied it off in a circle. The button was threaded down through the back of the card and tied tight to keep it down. All the paper was sponged with Old Paper Distress Ink.

This is AWESOME Sherry!! LOVE this done in the blue tones ... and your watercoloring is PERFECT!! Great job on that lace flower ... beautiful!! I have that same lace ... guess I'll be borrowing this idea, LOL!! Absolutely beautiful! Thanks so much for playing the challenge with us this week!!

I'm in love with your colors, and image coloring. Love all your stitching the pindot dp, and your lace and ribbon embellies create a wonderful vintage masterpiece. TFS
This is beautiful! Love your stitching - I love that look. You made your flower from the end of the ribbon .... SHERRY! You are so talented! The image is perfectly complimented by all your color and embellishment choices. WOW!
