I haven't stamped in so long, I honestly didn't even know where to begin, but I always love working on this challenge on Sunday's because it's so fun to see what others are doing, and get inspired. Here is the card that was my inspiration
I really loved the color scheme here and the floral, so I created a floral background instead of using leaves. I wanted a softe muted green, so I started by stamping on my stamp with Shabby Shutters Distress Ink, then I used an Inkspiration pad to dab over the top of it in Vanilla Craft, that way I wouldn't ruin my pad of ink, just mess up a replaceable foam pad.
I love how that background popped. Pic doesn't really do it justice. I used Spiced Marmalade and Worn Lipstick inks by applying with a aquapainter and it really gave me that watercolor look.
Finished with a faux stitch and some clear gloss and VOILA!
Thanks for the help NANCY, you really got me going.
