For the Scrapbox giveaway
I ran out of room in my 3 ribbon holders, and put some on a dowel and hung it from my baker's rack.
Aside from the scrapbox...does anyone know how to stop them from unraveling on their own? I've looped them through the top, but it doesn't always work.
Anyone else use this method?

I have my ribbon in a plastic clear box, but I put a straight pin with a plastic head on them. Keeps the ribbon in place
and its easier to pull out the pin when I use the ribbon. I also
cut the cardboard spool as my ribbon gets used, so I don't have a small amount in a large spool.

I have a ribbon case that uses dowels, and the ribbon unwinds just like yours does. So I cut a slit in the cardboard circle and slip the ribbon into the slit. It stops the unwinding and doesn't put a kink in the ribbon (if I'm careful when I slip the ribbon into the slit).
