CAS31 Popped up for Kate

Here's my card for this weeks CAS challenge, to pop up your image! My scalloped circle is up on dimensionals and I also had to add a couple under my fairy's legs and wand to keep them level with the part that's on the circle. This is another card for Jennifer McGuire's card drive for 5 year Kate who is battling cancer right now. If you're so inclined, she could use your prayers!
