I can relate a little to Zeke. He is a bit of a rebel going red and black. I am a little bit of a rebel myself. So when I saw Cindy's suggestion of black and white cards, my mind went to rainbow. So the outside of my card features a rainbow. I got to play with a brand new toy. Yesterday I got a RAK from Anne (Ardodd# and she sent me a brayer. I think I still need a little practice. THANK YOU ANNE!
I brayered the rainbow. I then drew my music staff, treble cleff and eigth notes. I made my music staff by cutting a piece of cardstock with a curvy edge. I then traced around the edge and moved my curvy template up and traced again and again. #Hint: I learned the hard way that you have to start at the bottom and work your way up.#
When I thought of what treat I would bring to the teaparty this week, I thought what would be sweet that would be black and white? The only sweet black things that I could think of would be licorice. #I love licorice jelly beans!!! I always pick those ones out to eat first.) So I am bringing ginormous bags of jellybeans.
You want to come to the teaparty... You know you do... You want to check out the teaparty gallery...

Hi Marilynn! Okay, so not only did you bring stripes and black and white to the party, but you also brought a musical instrument. I have seen those rock pianists and its an amazing thing!
I love your creativity girl! I love that you got a new brayer from the Reporter but as ingenious as you are you probably could have brayered with a banana! Snort! Your card rocks....love it! And its most definately left an impression on Zeke...he wants to hire a red and black striped pianist now! Yikes! Stripes!

Oh Marilynn, like I could really do this...I've looked at the tutorial and gee, I am going to have to work at this. What a clever card, love the rainbow, so nice of Anne to send you a brayer. I know you will make wonders with it, gee you already did. Thanks for sharing this beautiful keyboard card.
Do you think you could lend it to Zeke, maybe if his parents see him play another instrument than the guitar it might help them understand his black and red thing. Just a thought.
