This was an interesting challenge. I printed out an 8 point star out of Word, and cut it out. Then I stamped the outer edge using a small Hero Arts stamp called Big Star Stream. The stamp inside is an Inkadinkado stamp. I stamped both with Memento Paris Dusk.
I then used the Oval cutter from Creative Memories and cut out the big oval. After all that, I put the mask back on, and airbrushed using my copics. I used B000, B32, BV000 and RV10 to airbrush the outer edge.
I then colored the inside stamp with Copics. The moon is B0000, the blanket is B32 and B34 with Y04 stars and BV01 dots. The hat is Y00 with Y04 highlights, and the edge is B32, with BV01. The bear is E31, E33 with a touch of RV10.
I then edged the moon and stars with Clear Spica. I also went around the inside edge of the 8 point masked star with clear Spica, but not sure if that shows up really well. The stars on the outside are edged in yellow Spica, with clear spica in the center. The navy cardstock is spritzed with Pearl Glimmer Mist, and then Congratulations (stampabilities) was stamped in Versamark, and then embossed in silver. I added a ribbon, and then I was done.
Thanks for looking.
This was a fun challenge.
