The inside of the card has an Indian saying that states: "Perhaps they are not stars in the sky, but rather openings in Heaven where the love of our lost ones passes through and shines down to let us know they are happy."
When my Uncle recently passed away I sent this to his life partner. My Uncle had received both the National and State Points of Light Awards for his volunteer and community service, and I thought this saying fit him.

Techniques: The colors didn't come out quite right in the photo, it looks much "richer" in person. I stamped the moon on the front of the transparency with staz-on, then put it through the Xyron. The sticky part should be on the back of the transparency.

Oh, how lovely is the card...and the feelings you put into it. Very comforting. Do you remember which colors of Pearl Ex you used...beautiful! Into my faves.

Thank you all for your wonderful comments!!!
This is such a wonderful site and I get such wonderful inspiration from all your beautiful projects. This card was a take on the cards made by "Zindorf" and "londonrain". Thank you!
I used silver, micro pearl and duo red-blue pearl-ex and Sparkling Champagne Perfectfx.

Wow how did I miss this card! It gave me goosebumps! I LOVE it! The background you made is awesome. I wish I lived near you I would beg you to teach me how to do this!!!!!
Friends are like the walls of a house. Sometimes they hold you up, sometimes you lean on them. But sometimes, it's enough to know they're just standing by.
