Flannel technique - crumple your cardstock repeatedly until the fibers actually begin to break down, then pull it apart into two pieces for a lovely, soft & fuzzy piece for layering. Great when you've had a bad day!

Great card! Did you know that you can do this without crumpling your cardstock? Use your bone folder and run the cardstock between it and your thumb (many times!) which also breaks down the fibers but leaves you with an un-crumpled piece of cardstock.
