After checking the Doubledog Dare Challenge today, I wasn't quite sure I was up to the task, Use two Dustin Pike Digi images,the Pirate Dragon Background (ships deck) and the Pirate Dragon!.
First thing I thought of was Wow, all that coloring, but I also wanted to do another recessed window , so I got to work..
I combined the SU Ahoy Matey set.
I made a paint wash to color my rope.
Added the treasure chest key for the Pesky parrot.
Boy, that dragon sure has his work cut out for him.

OMG!!!!!! You did a fabulous job on this....the little pirate scene is adorable and your coloring looks AWESOME!!!!! When I saw Julia's challnege, I thought the same thing about all the coloring...yikes!!!! I may go the easy route and just do the dragon...don't tell Julia!!!

I just love your recessed window on this fun pirate card! I know everyone is upset with me now for giving a challenge with SO MUCH COLORING!!! I'll have to think of a really easy one for my next stint as hostess!!! this is just so fun and you used the other free digi images as well!!! love the crossed swords, the rope and cute key charm!!
