This uses two scallop envelope die cuts: I made two scallop envelope die cuts, but made the bottom flap equal to the width of the side flaps, about 1/2 inch. You can just cut the excess off, but to save paper (and ensure a perfect edge), I made two marks on the foam of my die (on each side of the flap) with my white get pen and just lined up the edge of the paper with the marks. I then glued the flaps of the two envelopes together, leaving the top scallop flaps standing up, although I bent them out slightly. For the ribbon handle, punch a slot punch or other hole punch toward the top of the scallop flap, thread the ribbon through to the outside, and adhere the ribbon down on the outside.
~~I also made one where I wrapped DSP around it before adhering the ribbon. That was cute, and makes it a little heavier, so it stands up better. Also, if the ribbon is too long, it's top-heavy and falls over. I have shortened the ribbon on this pouch since taking this photo.~~
