It's Tuesday, so it must be a tea pot challenge! This Insomniac is posting so early (4:30 am in NY) because what else am I going to do in the middle of the night?
We are off to Nova Scotia this week to stay at the lighthouse and go fishing! Are we going to drink like fish? Only tea.....LOL Being a fish person myself (Pisces), I love the ocean/fish theme. If you want to know what I am talking about, check out this wonderful weekly challenge: http://mothermark.blogspot.com/
This is not my Description: I am finally going to paint and fix up my craft room. Any suggestions as to a nice craft room that doubles as a guest bedroom? Curtains in the room are the color of certainly celery. What color is your craft room?
I will post "before" pics of my craft room on my blog: http://www.maureenvollaro.blogspot.com/
I cased this card from the cover of CardMaker magazine.

What a great selection of beads your daughter brought home - and what a good use you put them to. Because I grew up within earshot of the sea I love sea/beach themed cards.

Hi Maureen! Wow I finally got here! Thanks for coming early and checking everything out!
What a wonderful card and awesome embellishments you found! I love the softness of your card! The little background piece looks just like the sand! I am so glad you remembered to bring some netting to the tea party! We would not have been very effective at commercial fishing without netting! You saved the day girlfriend! Was that a seagull that just hit the window? Oh, okay, it was just Connie's frog, whew! I didn't wanna have nightmares about the movie *The Birds!*

Lovely card Maureen! Love how you added all those sea elements in your card. Love that seagull too. Have fun decorating your craft room. But before, can we look inside that treasure chest...maybe you have some goodies in there for us to eat...and drink of course. LOL

What a pretty beach scene you've created, Maureen! I love all the different elements. Your beautiful card would be such a wonderful addition to the Tea Party Not-So-Express tugboat. Do you like tugboats? Do you like to fish? Do you like to fling fish? Do you love coffee and m&m candies? Do you want to win free stamps? Come on over to the Tea Party Not-So-Express, my friend.....

Maureen, this is beautiful! And you are so stinkin' smart to bring the netting. Uh, oh. Sounds like Charlene is flinging fish again ....
Your card is really lovely. That netting and those darling charms make for a real beauty!

Wow - you should get a girl scout patch or something for using multiple brownie camp beads on one card! This is great - I love the gauze and distressing - such a beach feel! Super job.
