The top right picture is of the outside of the card and the bottom open picture is of the inside.
This is for my grandson who turns seven on the twenty-seventh. As soon as I saw this robot stamp set I though of him because he and his mommy (my daughter) are Star Trek fans.
Doing a 3-D, collage effect are my favorates. Can you guess what my major parts are? You remember those old floppy disks we can no longer use well now you have a use for them. I took it apart and this is what is inside. The round black large circle is the floppy vinal, the wire was inside, the rectangle metal frame surronding the words Happy Birthday Human is the ourside of the disk. And the tiny black horseshoe shaped plastic thing by the ribbon is the slide notch on the disk to write protect it.
The metal in the corners is cut from a pop can then I ran it through the Bigshot with a background die. Then I stamped on the bolts stamp with stazon ink and heat set it. I glued the metal using crystal effects. The balloon is punched out seperate and put on with a mini glue dot.
Inside I glued the one robot on in the center with a dimentional.

Wow, talk about a "detailed" card!! Isaac should feel really special getting a card like this. Can't believe all the work that went into this, but it was worth it -- great job thinking out of the box Kathleen. I love the use of the rectangle with the disk word's still on it -- the total project does look very "spacy" -- LOL, no pun intended.

very different Kathleen. You did a great job but I would never have come with an idea like this. Before I read your comments I thought that black circle/ring looked a lot like the old floppy disks (I took one apart once and was amazed at what I found!) TFS.
