This came to me immediately- Yellow, Brown, Fried- BACON & EGGS. I tell ya, I fried me up a whole pound a bacon and only 1 piece fit on the card. So, if you're hungry stop on over for a bacon sandwich. I digress... I made the bacon from close to cocoa textured cs, with wavy lines made with my copics. Crumpled per the instructions and it was fried perfectly. The egg yolk is summer sun sponged with apricot, highlights with the white gel pen. Yolk was cut freehand, sponged on the edge with going grey, but it doesn't show much in the end. No tribute to Paula would be complete without at least a couple a pats of butter, so there they rest.
Are you hungry now? What do you think, Miss Paula?

Kathy has graciously lent her stunning piece of paper art to my 1st Annual Twitter Bacon Blog Hop where 8 of us will be sharing bacon creations, bacon recipes, and general bloggy goodness. Yes we are stampers, but stampers can love bacon and do something a little bit different now and again? Indeed!
I do hope you'll all check out her creation and join our Blog Hop. Get a napkin, there could be drooling (over the art or the recipes).
I'm the last stop on the hop, but I link back to the first stop. Hop on by www.prairiepaperie.blogspot.com for a little fun!
