I made this for LSC233. I used a digi stamp for the main image - colored it with Copic markers and highlighted his glasses, nose, and drink with Diamond Glaze. I used $1 Spot Target paper for this - from a pack suitably named Summer Smiles. I made the tag by covering chipboard with the red paper and stamping and heat embossing the sentiment then I put red glitter and diamond glaze on the heart to set if off a little bit. The sentiment is from a $1 Michael's clear set, so all in all, this card was a real bargain! Rhinestones in the center of the flower brads for bling. Pierced circles on the solid strips.

Forget the bargain part because this card is so magically crafted, it looks like it must have taken forever to create and tons of loot to purchase all that wonderful stuff.
