None other than Faith, a/k/a MarkieÂ’s Mom is this weekÂ’s challenge hostess. Faith challenged us to make a card using two die cuts.
My background is cuttlebugged with the birthday folder. The first die has been sponged with Baroque Burgundy and the main image die cut has been sponged with Almost Amethyst. My friend stamped me several Iris images as they are my favorite flower, so unfortunately, I have no idea who to credit with the image. It has been colored with Copics and Diamond Dust adhered with two way glue. Finishing off with rhinestones and burgundy ribbon and the corners punched with SUÂ’s corner punch and some white gel pen - after a little piercing, of course. The main image is popped up on dimensional for added depth.
I also love gardening and with summer ending, so does the gardening (and weeding!) so this qualifies for my second card for today's LSC233!

This is just lovely, Vicky. You did a wonderful job with the challenge and I love how the flower and stem extend past the die cut. Really beautiful!! TFS!!
