I was at hymn sing when Michelle Zindorf was holding classes in Stoughton WI : (. So this has been taking quite some time to work through this technique. After the 3rd one it's finally coming together. I took this right from Michelle's tutorial Brayered Sky Tutorials at Splitcoaststampers another one similar to this is at Blogs at Splitcoaststampers
I have forgotten which blues I've used. It looks like Bliss Blue (yes, the old baby blue)....and Brocade Blue. 5 1/2" x 4 1/4" card using Whisper White; Brocade Blue matte 5 1/4" x 4" and Whisper White matte 5" x 3 3/4".
Tore a sheet of paper to mask bottom section of card. Brayered top section, removed mask and stamped image. Use'd a blue, perhaps brocade blue again, to make shadows stretch out on trees. Then I add a little white from uni gel pen to the trees for a snowy effect.

Wow, this is absolutely stunning. You've perfected the technique I'd say. The light/shadowing is awesome. Great blending. A very serene card. The lovely as a Tree set is really 'lovely'. The more I see it used, the more I'd like to own it! And your card makes me hope I do sooner rather than later. LOL. TFS. : )
ps. Thank you for the kind comment you left on my Stampscapes card! : )
