Now... this card was something quite different for me. Lots of color, eh!! I don't usually work with torn paper, but when I saw the inspiration challenge at Our Creative Corner (http://ourcreativecorner6.blogspot.c...hallenge.html), I knew I had to try to recreate that horizon! So fabulous!! I love the art they chose for our inspiration. Beautiful!! Fun... fun... fun!!
This is also for Mercy's Tuesday Sketch Challenge. Mercy has great sketches and this one fit what I wanted to do with the landscaping and colors. Thanks MTSC!!
For the 'sky' portion of the image, I sponged using SU inks... first so saffron, then marigold morning and finally really rust of course masking off the sun for the last two colors. Then I tore strips from two shades of blue and three of green. I cut out Flopsey and attached him on top of the landscape square which I then popped up on 3-d dots.
Thanks for coming by!
