Wow! I don't think this was going to be so hard for me I have done this before. Well, I was wrong! I started out with fishy friends and wanted to do a underwater card. As you can see this is not a underwater card at all.
I used the Queen annes lace form the garden silhouettes and stamped this is bleach, then I added the white for the tops of the lacy flower with my uniball gel pen.

I love these hardy weed/flowers! They are named for me, you know........LOL!! Great job! But not an underwater scene. Hmmmmmmmm.

How pretty! I love that you made a background instead of just a border with the border stamp, and that was an absolute stroke of genius to add the white gel pen - gorgeous! I also like the every-other-scallop punching on your scalloped circle - so pretty! Thanks so much for playing! (AND I'm still diggin' your avatar - makes me smile every time...)
