Hoooooowdeeeee!!! Queen Beatrice (thatÂ’s her with the red and gold crown and sparkly gold wings) is on her way with her entire entourage of hot honeys (hive and all) to Boonesville, Mississippi today for some tea, honey, and, hopefully, a little match makinÂ’ with Uncle Beeford BumbleÂ’s boy bees. Truth be told, I think Uncle Beeford is a few bees short in his beard and is up to some wiley tricks, but my girls are quite buzzin' saavy and know how to take care of themselves.
What? You wanna know why they have red noses? Well, it seems some of the other tea partiers (names will not be mentioned to protect those with innocent-looking faces) stopped at Queen Beatrice's hive the night before for a little hive-gaitin' party and were dippin' into the sauce that Uncle Beeford sent to da Muddermark. This is his own special sauce from his distillery in Boonesville, Mississippi. Needless to say, they got a little schnockered before take off.
So grab your bees, your honey, your netting, and whatever else you want to bring to the shindig tea party in Boonesville today cuz we are gonna have a rootinÂ’ tootinÂ’ good time! If yaÂ’ll need more details as to the full story and/or what you need to do to participate, you kin check it out on da MuddermarkÂ’s (aka Mothermark) glob:
When uploadin' yer buzzin' creations to SCS, be sure to use keyword MMTPT59! I hope to see you there!
Now, for those interested, here are details behind the making of this card:
The buzzin by beauty bees were colored with Copic markers. Each precious bee was hand cut and adhered to their hive. Their buzzin' hive was shaped with a Coluzzle oval cutter and scored with a Scor Pal. Color and shading were added by sponging the various colors with daubers and watercoloring with SU reinkers and watercolor brush.

Still laughing here! ....your flock of bees, I'm sure they aren't called a flock, anyway your bees here with their Queen are super sweet. Must be honey bees! lol Love that they are bringing their own sleeping quarters as in the hive. After that long flight and being that they are schnockered and all, will be needing a much deserved nap before the party gets up to full speed.
Charlene, this is just the cutest group of bees I have ever seen. I love this!!!! See you soon. TFS :0)

Cute bees and cute story. I love their noses - they make them precious - I am sure they will find a hook up at the party - especially that Queen (she is stylin').

Buzzzzzzzzzzz. Cute as can bee! But I am a little scared of schnockered bees. Hope they unschnocker before they get to the party or we'll be playing "dodge bee" for sure.
Love the card - so creative. And your story is a hoot!

This is not my comment!
As reported in the Boonsville Daily Gazette.
Its been reported that a group of renegade red nosed bumble bees are on the loose and headed for Uncle Beeford Bumbles Beehive in our quiet little town of Boonesville! Sources say that these bees are running from the North Pole Authorities after breaking in and entering Santa's Barn and stealing Rudolph's (the Red Nosed Reindeer) nose as well as his entire supply of back-up noses!
Some reindeer experts are actually reporting that there is even talk of Christmas being cancelled this year if these bees can't be run down by local law enforcement!
A special hotline has been set up for information leading to the capture and arrest of these renegade bees and a reward offered to those helping to return Rudolph's noses!!!

Schnockered bees or not, nobody could be scared of them - with those red noses thay are just irresistible. And I love Beatrice's crown and sparkly wings. Glad to know I am not the only one a bit nervous round all these bees today...I was thinking we should be bringing a lot of protective gear. Must be somewhere we could stylish hats with veils, more like old-fashioned motoring hats than bee-keepers, do you think?
Your precious hand cut bees are the bizz.

This card is the most precious thing.....I love your card and your creativity! And the story? To die for! I just hope the macho-on-a-mission bees in route to Boonsville don't knock your bees into next week! Snort! Love the bee crown, I want one!
