The center medallion was cut with my Pazzles Inspiration, and the side pieces are from a cuttlebug die that I cut then outlined with my Pazzles. Rhinestones in the center and around outside flourishes. Pearlized pale blue paper is punched in the corners with a fiskars punch.

What is pazzles - whatever it is, it is beautiful. Looks just like the inspiration vase (but better really). These are such calming colors!
