This is a Mikes (Michaels) dollar stamp. I pleated the skirt-a little too fiddly for my liking-and using dimensionals, mounted it on the circle. Pierced around the circle, added a red ribbon and some red glittering flowers. TFL

Your card is so beautiful. The dress is perfect, it looks like a square dance dress. Love the dotted ribbon and the paper piercing on the scallop circle.
