I took inspiration from a silk jacket hanging in the closet- it looks nothing like it. Isn't it funny how things take on a life of there own.
I embossed the leaves from embrace life in gold on glossy csand colored the leaves gable green. Veresamarked over them, then sponged turquoise over it.
i love this set!I have so many birthdays this month and have been playing all afternoon with it. Poor dh had to make supper or starve. Don't ya'll feel sorry for him?
Thanks for looking!

Ohh that is just beautiful Peggy - Sue!! Just wonderful!! The colours, the gold, the detail of the panel are just beautiful!!! The piercing detail is just gorgeous! Anne is going to love this one, I know!! And no, I don't feel badly for your dh - because when an artist is at work......... well - you don't stop for anything!
I just ordered this set and love what you have done with it. Your technique is a new one to me, and I look forward to trying it. Just gorgeous! I am going to "favorite" it. Thanks for the inspiration. Charmaine Babineau

My head, as big as it is, is still reeling from all these glorious cards you've managed to create today. I guess once you get started, there's no stopping you, girl. This is so wonderfully different from the others, yet so gorgeous in its own right. All 3 are uniquely different and stunning for very different reasons. Girl, let me just say it as few words as I can: You've Got Talent! What a wonderful inspirational resource you are for the rest of us.

Peggy-Sue, this is such a knockout! I can see why you love this set. The minute I saw the thumbnail, I knew Anne would love it!
I agree with Pam ... starving husband vs making cards? Hmmmm. Let me think about that. No offense to hubby, but cards win! Especially when they are your gorgeous creations!
