My 1st card Book. I used my Demo, leslierich's book that is in her DD gallery as my example. The book cover and 5 CS pages are regular card size, then I added 3/4" to the width of the cover and pages for the binding. The total size is 5 x 5 3/4". I then cut Really Rust 1/8" wider and longer to glue to the front and back creamy caramel to give the book more support. I then scored the covers and pages with my stylus at 3/4 "for the binding. I punched 1/16" holes for the brads. Can use twine too, but I wanted a real strong book for aour 6 yo grandson. I stamped each page and hand wrote easy to read stories for our new reader. What a fun, fun project. Thanks Leslie for your idea.

This is the cutest book, Nancy! And so clever to use the brads on the binding. It looks better on this than the lacing would have, anyway. You just did a really nice job on this. I'm very impressed!
Fantastic! I really like this idea and I may have to attempt one for my GD. The binding tech. sounds like it should work very well. Great job, Nancy. TFS
