Hi everyone! This card is for two challenges.
1. SaturdayÂ’s IC190. For this challenge I was inspired by the colors Pink and Green in one part of the room as seen here: http://www.bhg.com/decorating/room/l...ideas/?page=14
AND
2. FridayÂ’s LSC230, get your motor running.
A few years ago I was at a barbeque and the guys had all had a beer (or two) when someone mentioned the high cost of shipping GRANDMA back home to Missouri for burial. Well that got the guys to thinking that since they were all pilots they should start their own airline--hauling bodies--Thus the airline name, and slogan. The more they drank, the funnier they became. When I saw this cute little digital image from Sunshine Stamps, it brought this incident to mind. I think it was the airplaneÂ’s silly smile that did it.
My image was paper pieced and colored with PrismaÂ’s and Gamsol. It was raised on dimensionals just in the center so I could curl the wings for a more comical look. I didn't have the right color brads and had to color pastel pink ones with a Copic marker. The image is called Argus Angus and can be found at Sunshine Stamps Here: http://sunshinespaperobsession.blogs...l-request

What a great story and wonderful card! I love your polka dot/flower power plane. I hope one of your guys is on the receiving end for this one. It's a keepsake!

HAHAHA!!! I actually clicked on this 'cause it was pretty - and THEN I saw your story!! Before I read it, I was reading "we carry 'em, you bury 'em" and thought (while laughing) "OMG she did NOT put that on a card!!!" The plane is PERFECT with this slogan!
