Page inspired by DD "wing" challenge and sketch SBSC198.
Those are pictures from my sister and I acting all "cool" with a pair of glasses we found in a closet at my parents' house.
I finally used some gold wing and crown rub-ons I've had forever. I am doubting the quality. though, as some of the feathers are already flaking off of the page!
I have done a bit of rearranging with the original sketch... It had first started very similar to the sketch, but I didn't have any big bracket, so I decided to use a chipboard flourish instead and I couldn't fit the journaling block underneath, so I simply moved it to the other side of the page instead.
If you look closely at the title, you might recognize the "@" in the title as one of SU's Canvas Cuts, which I have colored with green pastel.
To make my chipboard flourish match my title letters, I painted it with green acrylic, then overstamped images from the Baroque Motifs set in gold ink. I have also added Crystal Effects on the "so hot!" sentiment that was printed on my die-cut block to make them stand out more.
