Nathan loves cats. Now I know that he is 22 and this card looks like it should be for a much younger male, this is all I could think up!!! I am very allergic to cats, in fact, I sneeze just looking at it. A yellow cat sent me to the hospital once after it touched my leg. I didn't know it was next to me and the next thing I know I was wheezing and the whites of my eyes swelled over my pupil. It was scarry!!
I am late again for yesterday's challenge. I couldn't decide on a charm when my always thinking sister, mutnik, said make one!!! Well what she wanted me to do was absolutely out of my realm of reality so I made a trip to the garage, dusted off my fishing tackle box and found a hook with leader!!! I covered the hook with glossy accents to cover the sharp edges. I put a hole through the middle of the paws and put my leader through it. You probably cannot see it because of my #$#@* (to quote Anne) camera. I stamped lots of Judith fish and cut one out and attached it to the hook. I colored the cat with more mustard and reinkers.
Hope you like it. Comments appreciated.

I love how you made your charm - that is totally cool. The colors on this are great too (especially your fish and cat). I think any boy/man would love this card no matter their age. The cat is so fat and cute - my husband is allergic too but they are so cute to look at and watch.

This is so cute! What a great idea to incorporate fishing stuff from your garage. Thinking outside the box is something I need to do a little more often. TFS!!

OMGosh, this turned out great! Other than your fish are all up side down they are just darling! .....just kidding about the up side down part. Your coloring Sis, is fabulous. That hook with the fish on it is just, as you would say, crazy cute! Nathan is going to love this! Glad I was a part of this creation. It is fantastic! TFS :0)

Yup, I'd have to pretty much agree with your comment on your own card: Pretty silly I'll agree. How in their right mind (operative word being right) could stamp fish upside down. Why, I dont believe even I could screw something up like you did. Oh, I hate to admit, but for an ole bag, I'll let this slide like I do all the others and just tell you this card is really darling. I love your cat ...no, I dont do cats either....i have no idea how to color with reinkers despite your sister giving me step by step directions. He's colored to perfection, and I love this handmade dp you've gone and created too. Great idea to go out to the garage to dust off some old things and glaze 'em up! What a sweet card for Nathan.
