This is another card that I made for the pack of birthday cards I was commissioned to make. Everything on this card came together perfectly, don't you love when that happens?!?! I absolutely love this card and had such a hard time parting with it!
I used my SU! markers to ink up the image (brocade blue and close to cocoa). The damask on the vanilla panel is stamped in stamped-off close to cocoa. The damask on the cocoa panel is stamped in brocade blue. I sponged around the edges of the panels with cocoa ink and used my distressing tool on them too.
I used my SU! Punch Windows Movers & Shapers and the modern label punch to make the sentiment panel. I added the brads and ribbon (retired- Valet ribbon originals) as a final touch.
Thanks for looking!

Dorothy, wow, this is incredible!!! I JUST love everything you did here. I'm not much of a distresser, but I LOVE distressed cards. Did that make sense? I've tried a little here and there and am still working my way into it. I LOVE the brown on vanilla and blue on brown, your image, the ribbon and sentiment label. I know what you mean, I have a few cards I just can't part with yet. Usually I'm so critical of my own work, but every once in awhile, I make something I can't part with. Eventually, I find that "special" someone I want to give it to and then I can let it go. Great job Dorothy!!! TFS!!
