Really, have you ever seen just ONE snail ever? Just look at my card, they all wanted to go to the Tour de France with Muddermark and her teapot gang. Check it out. Sorry, gotta run. Have a flight to catch....but briefly here's the haps..........
I got so excited when I read where Cindy was taking the teapot party today that I almost pee'd my pants! LOL I have been watching the Tour de France with Lance all weekend. Those guys are animals! Made my card into a scene. The scenery over there is gorgeous!
My scene was done on w/c paper. I used salt box house for the top part, drew the wall and street. Stamped my bicycle. On a separate piece of w/c paper, I stamped my snails from various parts of other stamps, colored and clear eb them then cut them out.
Put the whole scene together and put the Go T.T.T. sign in the front lawn. Can hardly wait to give this race a try, but I am also glad my bike has a basket because I'll probably end up shopping instead!
Quick joke: Snail buys a car with one stipulation must have a big S painted on it. Little puzzled, salesman asks why? Snail replys, because when I drive down the street I want them to say "See that S-car-go!" Get it....escargot! LOL I know lame joke.....TFL and reading my joke! :0)
Hi Sis! Call me and I'll explain the joke to you.

Those little snails on their little bikes are adorable, if you could ever describe a snail as adorable! Love your scene and all the details! You are right, of course, where there is one snail, hundreds are lurking nearby! GREAT card!!

Okay, question of the day. How did we get from the snails almost getting creamed to the snails getting eaten, to the snails drinking tea with the tea-potters to the snails racing the bikes? Well, its a typical Teapot Tuesday, that's all I have to say!
I knew your card would be a wonderful little French countryside. It is! I knew it would be creative, fun, and a kick! It is! As for the snails, well, I suppose since I put that idea in your head, your card went from a piece of art much like your other French countryside scene, to a piece of goofiness achieved by your *inspiration* today! Snort!
Okay, I worry about you...and how you can never use the cards you make on Tuesdays for any normal occasion! So here is my thought....
There must be someone in this world that has the initials, TTT. Like Terrance Thomas Torrington, you know the guy that was just appointed president of the snail division of that animal rights organization that opened his home up to the wayward and endangered snails that stole the bicycles at the Tour de France after the big Peloton crash! Send it to him! Go TTT!!!
Okay, problem solved! I feel better now, at least you can use this card! Next week, I am gonna concentrate on something you won't have that problem with.
Hi Sis! Call me if Cathy doesn't *get-it* either! Usually this kinda thing runs in the family....and I might not appear to be type that *gets* jokes, most times I do after someone explains it. So by the time, she calls you to explain, someone else will have called me to explain and I can help you guys out! Wow! We are solving problems today!!!!

Cathy, this is great. I loved your joke as corny as it was. Better corn than escargot. I love all the little snails on your card. I like the polka dotted one and the one with the little sailor hat.

Corny joke but it made me laugh! We talk about like on other planets and here is a whole little snail village right under foot. Who would have thought. Delightful card with so much detail, so much imagination.

LLLLLLLLLOOOOOOOOOOOLLLLLLLLLLLL. Now that is a good one. I am so glad you are getting to use your new "bike" Or was that hubby's bike. This is an amazing scene as usual. I love the way you create scenes. The snails are all behaving so that is a good thing... I found my snail. He was under the table and now he is outside... Ick...
