I made this card for today's Featured Stamper Challenge, FS128- casing Dianne, CC227 (Lavender, Banana, Black and White), Creative Inspirations Challenge to use stitching on your card and the OCCC "less is more challenge" (to use only three embellishments. Mine were 1 pearl, ribbon, and stiching with thread)
I had fun looking through Dianne's wonderful gallery and finally decided upon this card here to case: FIFTH AVENUE ROSE by minnidr at Splitcoaststampers
I used the same rose from the Fifth Avenue Floral and the idea of the Fifth Avenue Floral embossing plate behind it but changed the color, paper pieced the rose rather than watercolor washing it, changed my layout and my sentiment.
Stamps: Fifth Ave Floral, Only Ovals
Paper: Tea Party DP, Black and White
Accessories: Fifth Ave Floral Embossing Plate from SU, pearl, black grossgrain, thread

OMGoodness! This must have taken hours! What elegance and charm! I *love* your stitching and how the black framing makes your main image pop so beautifully. TSMFS
