These are my June's CCC09 cards. I used the new Dasher stamp and can't wait to make more cards with this guy!
Dasher and Merry Christmas are stamped in Soft Suede on Very Vanilla. The Real Red and Vanilla pieces were sponged with Soft Suede. I used an SU sponge (cut in a wedge) to do the sponging. To get the edges nice and dark, I scrape the edge of the paper....then to put some of the shading on the card I dabbed the sponge directly onto the card front.
The Vanilla and Red are attached and then the Soft Suede ribbon is wrapped around and stuck on the back with Glue dots, but first it is threaded through some Antique Brass Hodgepodge Hardware. It matches Soft Suede so well, it's a shame it's retired.
The Merry Christmas was punched with the Modern Label punch (SU). Another is punched with Soft Suede and then cut in half to layer for the framing effect. The brads are also antique brass.
I made 10 total Christmas cards for June! All products SU
