I was in the mood to do an Owl card and especially after finding this cling stamp at Creative Cards, etc.
I think DH has been a little stressed about the State (CA) budget, so thought this might cheer him up. He loved it. He is so supportive.
I used Smooch blue ink on the stars and then dusted them with Royal Blue Ultrafine glitter, it did no photograph well. Sponged the moon and the sky, trying hard to learn how Linda Lucas does such an amazing job. My DH is not fond of matting so this is minimal. The base card is an iridescent Blue, also did not photo well.
I have noticed I have been in a Blue color mood lately. Perhaps Giggles is on my mind?? At any rate I am sure she will appreciate it.
Thanks for looking, hope you like it.

Hi Judy,
This card got my attention from the thumbnail. The colors are fabulous. It looks pretty real tiny, but it does not come up full size for some reason...
