Hi! This card was made for today's Ways to Use It Challenge: Christmas in July.
Now, I have to admit that I live 11 minutes from Jacksonville Beach. Visitors can "smell" the ocean from my front yard...I can't. I'm told I'm used to it...That's kinda scary, as there used to be paper plant in our town, and I could smell THAT! LOL
Every year I send Beach Scene Christmas cards to my cousins in Las Vegas. They, in return, send Elvis ones to me! It's a mutual joke, and has been going on for over 20 years!
The background was made by using Copic Markers. I masked off areas to create the dunes and stamped in the sea oats.
The shells were stamped in VersaMark and embossed in Copper. They were colored with Copics and cut out.
