Lovin' the IC today! I needed to make a wedding card for a gal at the office, so I instantly thought this butterfly image would make a good start: http://www.posters.com/pv-420775_Butterfly-V.html.
I used the tall grass with the bird ef as the top layer on which to rest the butterfly to emulate the poster. Because I used double sided glossy paper, I lined the inside with Curious Metallics Ice Gold so that it could be more easily signed and added little silver scroll corners. The congratulations message inside is also embossed in silver.
Hope you like it and thanks for looking!
Edit: I just noticed that my border is askew. I'll go trim that off and add a new border layered from the back to fix it! Yikes.

M - this makes me want to get married again just so you can send me a wedding card! I had been thinking about doing a white card today (it frightens me honestly), and now I think I will go right in the craft room and start one.

Your beautiful monochramatic card is way more beautiful than that poster!!!!!!!!!! I love your panels and how each is embossed differently. Your butterfly is esquisite with the pears. What a lovely wedding card. Wow.

Forget your coworker Divine Ms M; save this for me for the next time I get married! I remember well both cindy's card and card crazy's card. This is a beautiful remix using the best of those cards to put your own signature on it. Just fabulous, darling!
