I made this card for today's Limited supply challenge and this week's color challenge which I had not done and yesterday's Ways to Use it Challenge. First I sponged clouds on white cs using Night of Navy ink. I die cut the branch, leaves and dragonfly from a Spellbinder's die. The branch was cut from corrugated cardboard and the leaves and were cut from So Saffron CS. The dragonfly was cut from a piece of WW CS that I had sponged lightly with so saffron ink. Each piece was embossed after is was cut out and then I left the die in place and sponged on additional So Saffron and Night of Navy ink. (No green ink was used in the making of this card - it was not necessary since yellow and blue make green.) When I cut the dragonfly, I cut two piece and mounted them over one another for a dimensional look. I added two small pearls to the dragonfly for eyes since my cat was on the floor chewing these off of a strand they were attached to. The flowers were punched from the retired Spring Bouquet punch and white dots were added with a white gel pen. The greeting was computer generated and then punched out with the Word Window punch. The pearl eyes and the organdy ribbon were my two embellishments on this card.

This is beautiful!!! Love the way you sponged color on the die cuts!! The kitty knew what he was doing...he knew you needed those pearls..they make perfect dragonfly eyes!
